Farmed crocodiles range from 1.8 to 2.2 metres in length. The length of the crocodile can be roughly calculated by multiplying the length of the skull by 7.4. All skulls are unique and will vary in some degree in colour, size, shape and form.
The flesh of the crocodile is fused to the bone of the skull and cannot be skinned like the rest of the animal. The skull must be boiled to remove the skin effectively. In most cases, boiling will cause the teeth to fall out which means the teeth need to be glued back in leaving a shine around the jaw. Our secret recipe for cleaning skulls means the teeth don’t fall out and all the teeth are left in the gel that naturally sits around the tooth cavity and sets like a glue. By using this method the teeth mesh perfectly together when the jaw is closed and means the skull can be displayed with the jaw either open or closed.

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $50.00. Your order will be packaged appropriately and shipped with Australia Post within 48 hours of payment of your order. If you place your order over the weekend, please allow additional time.
Australian Saltwater Crocodiles are a protected species and as such the sale of their products is a regulated industry. Croc Stock and Barra supply an individually numbered 'NT Parks & Wildlife Commission Product Identification Tag' with all crocodile products purchased at no extra cost. This is all that is required when traveling within Australia with products purchased for non-commercial use.

You must contact us directly to purchase these products at which time we will discuss your domestic shipping options with you. We are able to organise a courier and insurance for these items.
We offer flat rate international postage for $25AUD. Your order will be packaged appropriately and shipped with Australia Post within 48 hours of payment your order. If you place your order over the weekend, please allow additional time.

If you are shipping your product to an address in Australia but subsequently leaving the country you are permitted to have up to 4 items per person with the Product Tags that we supply with each purchase. For added assurance you are able to purchase an CITES Personal Baggage Permit for an additional cost of $5 AUD. These permits are only to be used when the items are being transported as part of your personal luggage and are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
For items being posted to an international address, a CITES Export Permit is available for $30 AUD and is mandatory for all Crocodile products being posted internationally. For purchases over $400 AUD, we will supply an CITES Export Permit free of charge.
Please allow an additional 7 days for customs clearance to be lodged and approved prior to postage of your crocodile products. For further information on CITES and import/exporting regulations, please visit the: Australian Government – Department of Environment.
*The above information relates to the exportation of crocodile products from Australia. All countries have different restrictions on the import of crocodile products into their country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make contact with local authorities as to the importing requirements for that country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all documentation for the import of the purchased products for the destination country are in place prior to postage of goods. Croc Stock and Barra assume no responsibility for seizure of goods due to insufficient import documentation for the destination company.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SHIPMENTS TO U.S.A
The United States of America requires that shipments with CITES documents must be validated by the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service prior to export. Some invalidated shipments have been seized and forfeited in the US.
It is important that all shipments to the US have the appropriate CITES and documentation prior to postage. As detailed in the Export Permits – International Section above, Croc Stock and Barra can organise all this documentation for a small fee of $30.

Returns & Exchanges
In order for us to honour a return, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless there are extenuating circumstances which will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item is faulty
- The item doesn't match the description (wrong colour or size)
- You ordered a wearable product in the wrong size (e.g belts, clothing, jewellery)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
Exchanges can be provided if any of the criteria above are met. Please ensure you contact us immediately to discuss your exchange so we can ensure we have a suitable replacement product in stock. If we do not have a replacement available, we may offer you a refund or an alternative product to equal or lesser value. If the value is lesser, we are happy to refund you the difference in product value. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item and will notify you once your replacement item has been shipped.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can be provided if the item is faulty, doesn't match the description or there is no suitable item for an exchange if you ordered a wearable product in the wrong size. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please package your item/s safely into an appropriate box, padded bag or similar. We strongly recommend that return items are sent with tracking and insurance. We do not take responsibility for any items lost in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return and/or exchange postage costs if you ordered the wrong size of a wearable item. If you require an exchange, you should consider including a prepaid postage label/satchel with your return to expedite the exchange process.
Initial shipping costs and CITES export fees are non-refundable.
